Review: Shooter (2007) is a fast-paced, energetic, action thriller that doesn’t follow a path that seems to be predictable from the beginning. It is kind of Mark Wahlberg’s skill to make these action movies exciting even though It’s a story that can be transplanted from genre to genre because we never get tired of it. I mean government secret intentions, lies, betrayal, money… It is a well-known recipe that really succeeds when directed carefully. It is one of the best in its genre and the plot seems to roll really smoothly without any gaps. Definitely a family, or friend overnight movie!
